In this follow up session, we will discuss any hurdles that you have encountered while making your initial changes and start to fine tune your plan.
These are check points either scheduled in the middle of your 6 month program and/or at the end of all three programs. This is a time that we can evaluate your biometric status
These are scheduled throughout your program to touch base on success and struggles occurring to help motivate you and keep you on track.
